After gaining experience in the electrical field, Tim launched his first business, Just Electric, LLC, where he worked as an electrical contractor. Operating his own company provided valuable experience in project coordination, customer service, and managing the many details that go into successful construction work.

Expanding into General Contracting

While running his electrical business, Tim realized he wanted to broaden his expertise and take on larger renovation and building projects. This ambition led him back to school, where he enrolled in trade classes at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) in Wisconsin.

Through this program, Tim earned his general contracting license, expanding his knowledge of construction management, building systems, and residential remodeling practices. The additional training allowed him to move beyond a single trade and oversee projects from start to finish.

With his expanded credentials and growing experience, Tim founded Palenske Complete Construction, LLC. The company was built around the idea of providing comprehensive construction services while maintaining the responsiveness and personal attention often associated with smaller companies.
